Too many hunters fall into the trap of keeping too many large cuts of venison in the freezer and then never get around to actually cooking it. Wasted meat should be a crime.

The reality is we are all time-poor and sometimes the best thing you can do is mince your deer and cook a bunch of easy dishes your whole family is bound to enjoy. Mince goes a long way too, cook chilli, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, tacos, sausages or sausage rolls.
