From the Vault: The footage that was too good to leave on the cutting room floor. In the world of hunting content, you usually have to cut 90% of the action to fit a TV time slot. This hunt in Watervalley, South Australia, was so packed with action we’ve decided to open the archives and release some never before seen raw encounters.
Filmed during the heart of the 2024 April rut for The Huntsman (Season 2, Episode 3), Chris and Bill were surrounded by croaking fallow bucks. This is the extended look at that trip—the hunts, the near misses, the EXTREMLY close encounters and the “picky” stalking that happens when you’re looking for a true representative buck.
